Usage Benefits
Our ethos is to be open and responsive to modernise the professional working relationship between optometry and ophthalmology.
MyEyescan allows you to send as many referrals as you need to and our consultant ophthalmologists will be ready to report back on the referral within 48 hours – we do however aim to respond back in 24 hours!
Our innovative model, allows us to provide the cost of referral at a much-reduced rate and you can use the table below to see how you can save even more on the cost as you continue to submit referrals through MyEyescan.

NOTE: The cost to the patient of the referral is entirely up to you and our customers love this! We respect that practices in different demographics will have their own view of what this charge should be. You can now choose to charge your patient for instant referrals and reduce any waiting times that they may be anxious about. You have full control and can make the decision that is appropriate for your practice and patients.
